What Jobvio does

Jobvio helps you find, organise, and prepare application materials (e.g. cover letters). Jobvio does not guarantee interviews, offers, or outcomes.

Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for reviewing and approving any generated content before using it.
• You must comply with the terms of any job sites you use.
• You must not misuse the service (e.g. abuse, scraping that violates site rules, attempts to bypass limits).

Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

Subscription & billing

If paid plans are offered, pricing and plan details will be shown on the Pricing page. Fees (if any) are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated.

Acceptable use

You agree not to attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or abuse Jobvio, or use it for unlawful purposes.

Third-party services

Jobvio may connect to third-party services (e.g. automation tools, AI services, job platforms). We are not responsible for third-party services, content, or availability.

Disclaimer of warranties

Jobvio is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your requirements.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data arising from your use of Jobvio.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you’ve violated these Terms or if required to protect the service.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
